Wing - Drone delivery

Drone delivery for local orders

Wing - Drone delivery is a shopping app for ordering selected local goods and receiving them by drone. It is aimed at people who need smaller purchases delivered without relying on a conventional road courier. The service can cover items such as food, household essentials and pharmacy products, depending on the marketplace and delivery area available to you.

How the service works

The app connects customers with participating local retailers and helps them place delivery orders from one location. Delivery is built around autonomous electric aircraft rather than vans or motorcycles. Wing uses location information to identify eligible delivery areas and support drop-off at a suitable point near the customer’s address.

• Browse products from participating local businesses.
• Order everyday goods for drone delivery where the service operates.
• Use location-based coverage information to check whether delivery is available.

Availability matters

This is not a general-purpose shopping app that serves every address. Its usefulness depends on whether Wing operates in your area and whether nearby retailers are part of the marketplace. That makes the app most relevant to customers in supported communities, rather than shoppers looking for nationwide delivery or a broad online catalogue.

Ratings in context

The listing shows a 4.806667 rating from 2,236 reviews, alongside an install range of 100,000+. That combination gives the score more context than a rating alone: thousands of users have contributed feedback, while the install figure indicates a substantial Android audience. Wing Aviation LLC is the listed developer.
